Business case for Secure coding

As we move to a world where we consume Web 2.0 application components and Cloud based hosted services, why should developers consider security, surely this becomes a third party problem. During this session we will examine the current threats on applications and why there is a strong business case to build security into the design and build phases, rather than leave it purely down to testing.
